In the last session, Dr Aun Introduced the topic of Lifestyle Medicine and how we can improve your health and performance, and prevent disease through lifestyle, proper nutrition, activity, sleep, toxin and stress reduction, and keeping our hormones balanced.
In this session, we talk about ways in which you can protect yourself and your family from common viruses and illness through simple lifestyle measures. Dr Aun’s medical training is in preventative care and in more recent years, he has focused his experience to functional and lifestyle medicine. There will be an opportunity to ask Dr Aun questions during the session. We hope to provide a platform for sharing ideas and information to improve health and wellbeing in our community.

Dr. Phonlawat (Aun) Prechaborisutkul is a physician specialising in advanced nutritional health, hair loss prevention and anti-aging medicine. He joined the medical team at Thanyapura in December 2018.
Dr. Aun is a graduate of Prince of Songkla University, the faculty of medicine at Miyazaki University in Japan, has a master’s of science in anti-aging and regenerative medicine from Dhurakit Pundit University, is certified by the American board of anti-aging and regenerative medicine (ABAARM). Dr. Phonlawat has experience in functional medicine, opthalmology, hormone replacement therapy, intravenous nutrition, ozone treatment, endo-laser use, chelation therapy and stem cell therapy.
