To learn more about the symptoms, causes and solutions of gut dysfunction, join this talk.

Additionally, Morgane, our registered dietitian and Sports Advisor, will join the lifestyle medicine talk and tell you about “why fermented foods are good for the gut!” She will also bring a sample of “Kimchi “ and “Kombucha” for everyone to try and share a recipe how to make it easily at home.

Dr. Phonlawat Prechaborisutkul
Medical Director

Dr. Phonlawat (Aun) Prechaborisutkul is a physician specialising in advanced nutritional health, hair loss prevention and anti-aging medicine. He joined the medical team at Thanyapura in December 2018.

Dr. Aun is a graduate of Prince of Songkla University, the faculty of medicine at Miyazaki University in Japan, has a master’s of science in anti-aging and regenerative medicine from Dhurakit Pundit University, is certified by the American board of anti-aging and regenerative medicine (ABAARM). Dr. Phonlawat has experience in functional medicine, opthalmology, hormone replacement therapy, intravenous nutrition, ozone treatment, endo-laser use, chelation therapy and stem cell therapy.

Morgane Quinchon

Registered Dietitian, Sports Nutrition Advisor

Morgane is originally from France, and has most recently worked in Bangkok at the Rasayana Retreat as a Health and Wellness Director, and as a Nutritionist at Dressed Thailand.

Morgane obtained her medical degree from Paris Descartes University in 2008, and has gained experience in medicine and nutrition from Paris and Bangkok, where she has been living from 2016 to 2018. As a former medical student, she decided to focus her time and passions on the first form of medicine – nutrition and food. She became a Registered Dietitian nutritionist in 2015 through a Higher Technical Degree in Dietetics.
