The Venerable Varasak Varadhammo was born in Songkha in 1938. His monkhood started in July 1968. He studied and practiced Budahadhanna and Meditation for 24 years. In 1992, he moved to Hinsdale, Illinois and took up residence at the Buddhadharma Meditation Center.
Venerable Varadhammo has written more than thirty books on Buddhism, both in Thai and English. Suffering and No-Suffering is his latest title, which explores the Heart or Ture Essence of Buddhism and the Way of Practice.
