Thanyapura’s fitness centre hosts more than 80 scheduled fitness classes every week, from Boot Camp and Cardio to Step Training and Core.

Our 900 square-metre air-conditioned fitness centre feature high-performance training areas and studios with the latest fitness equipment from Technogym, plus an extended range of free weights and cardio equipment.

We also have purpose-built studios for; Yoga, Pilates, Dance, PowerPlate, Spin Class & Muay Thai.  All classes are led by our expert professional coaches and personal trainers.

Fitness Classes are included for all Thanyapura Club Members and Resort guests.

Step Toning Class


There will be no fitness classes operated as per the details below:
– Sunday 20th May 2018 : No Boot Camp at 17:00-17:55.
– Wednesday 23th May 2018 : No Bounce Dance Fit at 09:30-10:25 and Boot Camp at 17:00-17:55.
– Thursday 24th May 2018 : No Step Toning at 08:30-09:25.
